“Kitami My Love” is an initiative for visitors to Kitami City, Hokkaido, to connect with the region’s cultural roots, local cuisine, and natural beauty.
Through the Donate & Go service, visitors can make donations via their smartphones and receive an e-gift to be redeemed at participating vendors throughout Kitami City. By encouraging donations, the program aims to support community revitalization and inspire repeat visits that support sustainable growth throughout the region.

The e-gift issued after your donation can be used at Kitami City vendors participating in the “Donate & Go” program. Please note that some stores may not have a stable internet connection, so we recommend preparing access to a Wi-Fi connection available in Japan for smooth usage.
The e-gift can be used in any partnering area across Japan, including Kitami City. For example, affiliated stores in Kyoto, “Preserve Kyoto,” or in the Niseko area. This is a new style of giving – your donation reaches beyond your travel destination in support of community development throughout Japan.
This service may not function properly when using international roaming data plans. For use within Japan, we recommend connecting to a stable Wi-Fi network.
It is valid for 90 days from the date of your donation. However, please not that it cannot be used after you leave Japan, even if its within the validity period.
You can use it at participating stores in Kitami City and partner stores in affiliated areas such as “Preserve Kyoto” in Kyoto City and the Niseko area.
A stable internet connection is required when using the digital gift. We recommend preparing Wi-Fi access or a prepaid SIM card that works within Japan.

Stamps respond to static electricity, so they may not work properly if you’re wearing gloves or your hands are wet.
If issue (5) or (6) applies, please inform the store staff and use the passcode payment method instead.
There is a limit to the number of items you can donate at one time, but there are no restrictions on the donation amount or the number of times you can donate.
This depends on the store. Please check with the store staff before use.
You can use the digital gift down to the exact yen, but no change will be given.
Please pay the remaining balance in cash or with another payment method.
If it is within 24 hours of the transaction, you can cancel it. Please contact the store directly.
After that period, cancellations are not possible, so please pay any shortfall in cash.
After logging in, you can check your balance on the “Digital Gift Status” page.

No. Transferring, exchanging, reselling, or using the gift as collateral is strictly prohibited. It can only be used by the registered user.
No. Reselling, refunds, or exchanging the gift for cash is not allowed.
